Finally...Going Back to El Salvador

At long last, it’s time to take my first international trip since January of 2020. The first week of August. I am heading down to El Salvador. The focus of this trip will be Leadership Training and Development with two of our key partners and strategic planning for the future of our community healthcare and micro-enterprise projects.

Throughout the pandemic, we have been doing online training with the team from Harvesting in Spanish, and it will be great to be in-person with them after 18 months. We will also be working with Nueva Familia Church to provide business and leadership training and equipping for their people. The pandemic has created unique challenges to the working environment, and we have the privilege to help them position for business success through Kingdom-focused resources to ensure they are able to provide for their family and spread Good News throughout their communities.

When I visited Nueva Familia last year, they sent 200 church leaders for us to invest in. I am so honored to be returning there to be a part of rebuilding what’s been taken from the pandemic.

As always, this trip is made possible by the generosity of our Links Family. We are able to provide this training resource for about $25 per leader, and I would like to invite you to have a direct impact on this trip.

First, would you please make a note to pray for all those we will be meeting with, for the partners we are serving, for the new partners we are talking to, and for travel provisions?

Second, would you be able to sponsor a leader or 2 or 20? Your donation of $25 will give an incredible opportunity to some precious people ready to receive a hand-up in their work life.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to learn more. Also, let me know if you’d like to be a part of a business leadership trip in the future.
