In Luke 4:18-19, Jesus makes a beautiful connection between preaching the Good News of the Gospel and bringing tangible change to the lives of people who need it the most.

Preachers today face a new set of unique and unprecedented challenges. Even so, we know that the power of the Gospel is unchanged. Preaching can overcome those challenges and be used by God to call people of all kinds into His Kingdom and to send them out to join His mission in the world.

Wherever we go, preaching and teaching is at the center. We believe in compelling preaching and the power of Gospel storytelling as a part of taking the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

Our VP of Mobilization, Dr. Terry Cokenour, developed an imaginative approach to preaching through years of international, cross-cultural preaching and ministry. He is leading a new initiative to equip preachers with that approach to help them proclaim the timeless truth of God in these quickly changing times.
