Creating & Calling Up Potential

One of the highlights of 2020 has been the privilege of continuing to provide Leadership Training in El Salvador on a regular basis. Instead of being limited to a couple of different trips, we've been able to dive deep and get into some great experiences of self-awareness, empowerment and encouragement. 

We have been training leaders serving with Harvesting in Spanish who oversee a local school, a local hospital, a children's home, a book/resources ministry, a local church, local outreach, and much more! The impact they have is substantial, and they are doing a great job of utilizing the Links Leadership Training to grow in their personal and professional leadership.
