I'm privileged to be co-founder of See You at the Pole. When I served at Crestmont Baptist in Burleson, Texas, our ninth grade group was the inspiration for the event. It's amazing to see how God has used and multiplied SYATP through the years. I'm grateful to the National Network of Youth Ministries for their continued support of it. I love empowering students and those who influence students. 2 Timothy 2:2 is my goal.

Ministry can be a lonely place, and those who work with students need prayer, friendship, encouragement, and support from others. Networking with those who influence students will maximize Kingdom impact as ministries in Texas work together to love, strategize with, strengthen, resource, support, and encourage one another. We are truly better together. In very practical terms, the harvest in Texas continues to expand as the population grows and a great diversity of people arrives. Possibly up to 75% of student ministries in Texas do not have a strategy for their community. Many are in small churches led by part-time youth pastors or volunteers who need support, resources, and coaching. In response and with Lord’s guidance, we will help local youth ministry networks develop intentional, biblically based strategies to reach this expanding ministry field together.

Coaching others through Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry!

Only 10% of all people trained in new skills actually implement what they learn. Yet 80% implement when they have a mentor to guide them. Eagle Leaders implement Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry, and then mentor others to do the same. Through this process, Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry is multiplied.

Convinced that only Jesus brings life and love to this vast percent of the population around the world, Reach Out equips and multiplies leaders globally in over 27 countries to focus on Jesus and His way of doing ministry. Then these leaders reach and disciple the younger generation like He did. Captivated and changed by Him, we believe this generation will make disciples of all nations!

Know: Have an effective Prayer Strategy and grow in intimacy with Christ.
Grow: Develop Leaders and Disciple Students.
Sow: Penetrate the local culture.
Go: Present the Gospel in culturally relevant ways.
