The Hope Project in Nicaragua has been an amazing partner for the past several years. Hope is committed to serving the most vulnerable children in the area of Matagalpa which has turned into a multi-faceted ministry providing services like Child Nutrition, Education, Vocational Training, Single-Mother Empowerment, Micro-Business Development, and much more.

We love taking teams to serve with our friends at Hope, but due the pandemic, it has now been two years since we have been there. When we found out they were coming to the States, we couldn’t pass up an opportunity to join them.

Their Night of Hope in an effort to support their work financially for the upcoming year was an incredible success! We were able to celebrate 10 years of ministry to the communities in and around Matagalpa with them, and we are amazed at all that has been accomplished in and through them during that time.

Our most recent contributions to The Hope Project this year have been 300 water filters, providing a teacher’s salary for an entire year, COVID-19 emergency relief, social media and graphic design training, and much more. Connecting People is always at the top of our list and we have also been able to connect Hope with the William Minor Foundation who has provided libraries, computer labs, adult literacy programs and most recently college scholarships for all of the Hope Centers.

We continue to stand in awe of the work God is doing in Nicaragua, and while we desperately long to be with them in person, it is an honor to be able to still be engaged and to be able to support the work they are doing.

If you would like to give to The Hope Project in honor of their 10 years of ministry, please give here:
